Helicopter Spirals Wildly into Palm Groves at Frequented Southern California Beach
An aircraft hovering near a popular southern California coastline abruptly commenced twirling out of control, finally losing altitude and smashing into a row of palm fronds as onlookers looked on.
Videos shared online capture the helicopter starting to spin over Huntington Beach then plunging in the direction of the perimeter of the shore, where it gets stuck amidst palms and a set of stairs near the coastal road.

Emergency responders stated five people were taken to hospital including two who were in the aircraft and were “rescued from the debris” after the crash on the weekend.
Three persons on the road were harmed. Specifics on their injuries were still under review.
The reason for the accident was not yet disclosed.
